Mr. Athanasios Kapoutsis

Dr. Athanasios Ch. Kapoutsis received the Diploma and Ph.D. degrees from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Democritus University of Thrace, Xanthi, Greece, in 2012 and 2017, respectively. He is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Centre for Research and Technology Hellas, Information Technologies Institute, Thessaloniki, Greece.

During the past years, he has been involved in several EU FP7 and H2020 funded IP Research and Development projects. His research is mainly focused on multi-robot platforms, path-planning, machine intelligence, adaptive control and pattern recognition.
